RYA Day Skipper Theory Course

This essential course is designed for sailors with basic experience who wish to deepen their understanding of navigation and seamanship. It provides the theoretical knowledge required to safely skipper a yacht in familiar coastal waters during daylight hours, while also introducing the fundamentals of night cruising.
Whether you're looking to build confidence, prepare for practical sailing qualifications, or take the helm on your own adventures, this course forms a critical step in your sailing journey.

Course Requirements
- Pre-requisite: RYA Competent Crew certificate or equivalent experience (must be verified via logbook) Please note: Participants who do not meet the pre-requisite will not be permitted to join the course.
- Minimum Age: 16 years
- Duration: 5 days
- Timing: 9:30 AM 5:30 PM
