The entry fee includes regatta entry & social tickets. Entry before 31st August includes the pre-event clinic.

The entry fee is 90% refundable until September 1st 2025

The entry fee is 50% refundable until November 1st 2025.

The entry fee is non-refundable November 1st 2025.

The entry fee may be waivered at the discretion of the OA.

The entry fee and only the entry fee is fully refundable by the OA should the event not take place.

Support boats can collect their official numbered support boat flag from the race office. A deposit of 50AED applies
