Jumeirah college » RYA Stage 3

The sailing courses for children, they will discover a basic understanding of how a boat sails, and will cover launching and recovery, steering, handling and parts of the boat. They will learn to sail upwind, control their speed, learn parts of the sail, rope work and basic rules of the road.

Courses - RYA Stage 1 & RYA Stage 2 Group & RYA Stage 3 & Stage 4 Group

Duration:  5th January 2024 till 15th March 2024 (9 weeks)

Dates: (5th Jan, 12th Jan, 19th Jan, 26th Jan, 9th Feb, 23rd Feb, 1st Mar, 8th Mar, 15th Mar)

Timings: 1pm until 3pm

If the student misses a session, unfortunately the session is lost and there will be no makeup session.

Please Note:

*There is no sessions on the 2nd February due to SB20 Asia Pacific Championships & 16th February due to the SB20 World Championship
