Royal Grammar School

The sailing courses for children, they will discover a basic understanding of how a boat sails, and will cover launching and recovery, steering, handling and parts of the boat. They will learn to sail upwind, control their speed, learn parts of the sail, rope work and basic rules of the road.

There will be 2 groups: Beginner

This course will take place as 11 x 1hr weekly sessions. Please note the term start at finish dates at the time of booking.

Please make sure you book the correct course for the student. They would need to have the appropriate certificates for the Stage's.

Timings: 4.30pm till 5.30pm on designated day

Term dates: 12^th Sep, 19^th Sep, 26^th Sep, 3^rd Oct, 10^th Oct, 24^th Oct, 31^st Oct, 7^th Nov, 14^th Nov, 21^st Nov, 28^th Nov

If the student misses a session, the session is lost and no make up or catch up lesson will be provided.
