The first step in the Instructor Pathway is to be an Assistant Instructor. This courses teaches you how to teach; which will enable you to work with DOSC to train students.
This is a 3 day course, in which the first weekend covers all the skills you'll need to be an AI, and the final day will be on the job training, with an Instructor teaching actual students.
Course Prerequisites: 1 Advanced Module
Duration: 3 days
Minimum Age: 15
Ability after course: Able to assist RYA Instructors with course delivery
