This squad creates the pathway towards the higher-level race squads. All the RS fleet of boats will be used throughout the course, giving our students well rounded knowledge about single and double handers. The focus is to build confidence and competence on the racecourse. Every Friday afternoon

Dates: 13th Sep, 20th Sep, 27th Sep, 4th Oct, 11th Oct, 25th Oct, 1st Nov, 8th Nov, 15th Nov, 22nd Nov, 29th Nov, 13th Dec (12 weeks)

Pre Requirement:

* Completed RYA Stage 4 or Intro to racing

* 8-13 year olds

* Focus: start racing syllabus, developing sailing

* Boats used : RS Tera, RS Feva, RS Venture

* Potential to be invited into Laser Junior squad for the next term based on performance

Training Programme:

Timing: 16:00 - 18:00

Student/s who are booked on this weekly fixed Race Squad program will need to attend all sessions, and kindly note that no makeup session/s are offered if student/s missed any session/s regardless of any reasons. Please refer to the T&Cs for reference.

Once booked, cancellation or postponement of the whole course has to be informed to DOSC in writing at least minimum of 48 hours prior to the course start date.

Please Note:

*No sessions on the 18th October & 6th December

*All boats need to be off the water at sunset
