RYA Weekly Stage 3 » RYA Weekly Stage 3

The RYA stage 3 course is the final youth course before children are able to sail by themselves. Here they will learn about rigging, launching and sailing in any direction.

This course will take place as 8 × 2hr sessions (Monday or Thursday). Please note the term start at finish dates at the time of booking.

Course Prerequisites: RYA Stage 2 certificate

Timings: 3.30pm till 5.30pm on designated day

Minimum Age: 9

Ability after course: On successful completion, children should be able to launch and sail a dinghy around a triangle in moderate conditions.
