Terms & Conditions:

· Boats need to be left with 4 fenders and 3 warps.
· Trailers need to be kept in operational condition:
o tow hitch working condition
o jockey wheels operational
o appropriate tyre pressure
· Covers, Trailers, boom stands etc. need to be clearly labelled with the boat name
· Unattended Launching will be conducted the day before race day / the day the boat is required when conditions allow
· Unattended Launching will take precedence to any Attended Launching requests before race day
· Requests for individual Unattended Launch/Recovery will be billed to the Members DOSC account
· On race day launching will be offered to “Attended Launching” (included as part of Members annual berth fees)
· The package ‘Season’ = 1st September to 1st June. Assisted launching service may have restricted availability outside of these dates.
· Launching may not be available on certain times or dates (such as 25th & 31st December). No refund given if launching not available.

Whilst the club and it’s employees will act in a professional manner and always take upmost care when launching and recovering boats the club cannot take any responsibility for any damage incurred during the launch, whilst berthed in the marina or during the recovery.

By undertaking an assisted launch package the boat owner agrees to except all risk and liability for any damages the boat might incur.
