The activities include:
- Proactive risk assessment and hazard identification
- Communication, Rescue techniques & First Aid
- Efficient water entry and exit techniques
- Swimming
- Board paddling / Board Rescue
- Surfski paddling
- Beach events: Sprints, Beach Flags, Relays and Long Run
- Children will get an introduction to basic First Aid
