 ficate  What to Expect  Ideal for sailors looking to progress toward RY
 A      Stage 3 and Stage 4  Focused on building confidence, independenc
 e,      and control in a single-handed dinghy  Sailing in RS Zests and 
 RS Tera boats  Key topics covered:     Sail trim and boat setup   Upwin
 d and downwind sailing techniques   Introduction to racing: rules, stra
 tegy, and       starting sequences   Boat handling in stronger wind con
 ditions   On-water decision making and situational awareness    Led by 
 qualified RYA instructors who support      individual development while
  fostering teamwork and fun on the water Progression Goals  Participant
 s      will work toward completing RYA Stages 3 or 4, depending on     
  ability, commitment, and weather conditions. Important Notes:    This 
      is a fixed 5-day programme; all sessions must be attended. Make-up
       sessions are not available, regardless of the reason for absence.
